I make Garmin ATV trail maps for the US and many people have tried to get them to work on the Polaris display with no luck.  They have also tried downloading my original gpx tracks with no success.  It will only store a very limited amount.  Go to the Polaris RZR forum, it has a lot of info on the PIDD.

Go get the "Map" from this site.  As Boyd said Nuvi's will not accept tracks, you can copy them onto a Nuvi but there is not Track Manager.  Plenty of people including my self have put the "Map" on Nuvi's.

PM me your email and I will send you the original gpx files that MotionX will accept.

General Discussion / Re: Orux basics

Mike, pm me your phone number or email and I will set up a call to resolve.

Try pressing the little circle with the two arrows in it.  This is the refresh button and will tell Orux to go read the map directory for any new maps.

In my hobby everyone has gone to tablets.  If Garmin does not start making their stuff easier to use and connect they are going to be out of the GPS business.  Basecamp is ridiculously complex for beginners.

General Discussion / Re: Arapeen trails (Utah)
October 19, 2016, 07:41:15 PM
The map below which is hosted on this site has the Arapeen on it.  It is coded for 50" & 60" trails.  It is accurate per the latest MVUM map.
This map also includes the Paiute and Paunsaugaunt (sp) trails.
There is a legend in the middle of the Paiute trails.
There are also maps available for Android Apps BackCountry Navigator and Orux.  Orux will show the trail width differentiation better.

I am the maker of that map.  I make the PC version and then convert it to Mac format.  I do not have a Mac so I cannot test it.  Hopefully someone with a Mac will chime in as to whether they are having issues.  I am currently out of town.  When I get back I will take a look at the file and perhaps remake it.

Check under "kentucky" on the home page.  I do not believe there is one.

I just reloaded the old file and then reloaded the new file and it worked fine.

All is good.

I updated the map at the link last night and all went well, uploaded PC and Mac versions.  This morning I tried made a small change to the map and when I tried to upload them I got errors and the map files have no size and can't be downloaded.

The link below is a map from this site for the North Cumberland Area of Tenn ATV Trails.  This is the one you want from this site.  There is a guy named Dan on Facebook who sells one for $55.00.

You copy not import the WV ATV Trails 2015.bcn file into the BCNAV/Data folder.

Normally you would import a GPX file into BCN.  I have already done that and spent a couple of hours converting the waypoint icons that imported in to more accurate and nicer looking ones that BCN has built in.  BCN stores the GPX tracks in a database and call them Trip databases.  I distribute this database file called "WV ATV Trails 2015.bcn"

IF you still have issues PM me and we can walk through it on the phone.

Below is link on here to the WV Trail map.  I will be making a new one this week and it will be at the same link

There is a guy named Dan that sells nice one for North Cumberland ($50)

VVmapping also sells a nice one.  The WV link above is by far the best for WV. (biased, not really)
