trouble trying to install maps to base camp

I'm having issues trying to install North Cumberland trails into Base Camp

You will need to provide a lot more info for anyone to help.

1. Link to the map, or at least a clue as to where to find it
2. What are the "issues"? What did you do and what happened?
2. Computer/operating system (such as Windows 10, MacOS Catalina, etc)
