Can't install maps from Basecamp

I'm trying to install topo maps onto my Oregon 550 from Basecamp.  I downloaded the maps from File Depot and they show up in BC.  I hook up the OR550 and from the device area right click and choose Install Maps on ...   From there nothing happens, it just sits there.  I have moved one map before to the OR550 and didn't have any trouble.  I'm pretty new to this but since it worked once I thought it would again.  I even updated the BC from Ver 4.1 to 4.1.1 still nothing.  I uninstalled BC and re-installed it also, no help.  I could be doing something wrong, but have no idea what if I am.  Any suggestions???

Did you select some tile/quads to send to the OR 550?

I got it working.  Probably a newbie error.  I finally went and rebooted the computer.  When I restarted BC the Map Installer seemed to work and I have my maps transferred to the Oregon.
