Can't seem to load latest AZ topo to Basecamp

Downloaded the latest Garmin AZ topo to my laptop.  Following the tutorial for loading in Garmin Basecamp (downloaded today) Basecamp screens are different and no map files are found.

The filedepot download is a bunch of img and img.idx files.  Any suggestions?
