Mapsource will not recognise maps downloaded

My wife has mapsource on her computer, with Garmin City Nav for North Am and Europe working fine.  I've downloaded some maps from this site, and they installed.  They say they are installed when I try to install them again, and the date is in the program files folder.  I updated mapsource, but they still are not available,

They work fine on my computer.  (both windows 7)  Any ideas??

You have likely encountered the 64-bit installer issue.
Easiest way to fix is download the 'MyTrails...' mapset, it is small and uses and older 32-bit installer.  Once a '32-bit mapset' is installed, the mapsets using the 64-bit installer have worked fine.
Since CN works that might not be the issue. 
Always helpful to be specific; which mapsets are not available?

PS-- the Oregon topo was what we most wanted to run
