Oregon 400T, Basecamp and Arizona Topo

Just received my 450T....Prior to it arriving I read many many of the forum Q & A. and I thought I would have the following solved...but NOT !

Loaded Basecamp. 
Loaded Arizona Topo (Directory shows img files, tdb file and uninstall file)
Topo does not show on basemap.
Thought maybe I had to import it so I went to the Arizona Topo directory and then it does not recognize any of the files.


How do I link the two?
Should I have downloaded the Arizona Topo into the Garmin directory?

Problem solved.  Rebooting computer resolved everything !
