Viewing multiple maps at once

I am fairly new to mapping software, what is FS, NPS, and USFWS? And specifically what kind of data are you looking for?

FS Forest Service
NPS National Park Service
USFWS US Fish and Wildlife Service

That covers the feds.  But I have not been able to find any trail data from the state.

I'm in Delaware. But it sounds like my problem is that I thought I should be able to see the transparent map in Map Source. I'll try sending it to the gps and see how well that flies. Thanks all.

No you can see it in MapSource.  You just have to be zoomed in.

Make a waypoint at N40 16.189 W74 42.425 and zoom in. 

I was not able to find much data for Delware, if you come accross any I don't have or GPS something I do not have I can add it to the map.

Better make that N 39 16.189.  N 40 is in Pennsylvania.

Well the trail was called delaware 

I guess my geography was abit messed up
