Northeast Topo Part 1

What happened to the Northeast Topo Part1?? I had it loaded & in Mapsource, now it's gone! I've tried uninstalling & reloading but the map doesn't show up.

If you download mapsettoolkit you should be able to see if there is an issue because it displays all the maps out of the registry: http://sites.google.com/site/cypherman1/
