GPSMapEdit - Windows 7 - Google Maps Problem

I've got the latest registered version of MapEdit installed on an old XP machine and a new Win7 machine.  (2 installations total) Google maps works fine on the XP machine, but I just get a "Waiting" message in each tile on the Win7 machine.  Konstantin recommended setting up firewall permissions which I did in McAfee.  Still no joy.

Anybody else have any experience with MapEdit and Win7?

The Google Maps MapEdit problem's fixed for the moment with version 1.0.61.3.  It was issued to address the issue.
