PA Planimetric

  I did not want to clutter up the survey part but wanted to ask maps4gps about the PA Planimetric topo. Does this map show hiking and snowmobile trails? I loaded this map the other day and have not had chance to use it. From what I have seen on mapsource it looks very detailed.

Snowmobile trails - no.  There is a least one website that has this info for some areas.
Hiking trails - Only if Census had them in their database for some reason.  There is no national database of trails available for us to use.  There are some sites which are building a trail data base for local or multi-state areas from submitted user tracks.

  Thanks! I plan on recording hiking, snowmobile and atv trails on this map for my area. i'll let you know how it works out.
