Altitude question using 60 CSX
«

On a recent plane ride I noticed that my 60 CSX was giving me the “altitude” inside the pressurized cabin of the airplane (about 5000 feet) when we were actually at 35000 feet. I want to reprogram the 60 CSX so it measures altitude (above 15000 feet) using the GPS and below 15000 feet using the barometer. How do I do that?
Thanks in advance

And when on the satellite page you can view the GPS altitude by click menu and then selecting GPS elevation.
But you can't just program it to use the barometer at one point and gps at another.

Oz,
Thanks guys. I really appreciate the assistance. With your help, I can get a lot more information out of my 60 CSX.
