How and where do I get G-Raster ?

The link in "Tools" , plus all other links I have found, all lead to a dead end.

Yeah, I noticed that the site was gone awhile ago. You might be able to find it on the "wayback machine" at archive.org. But IIRC, it was paid software that needed to be activated, so if the author is no longer around I don't know how you could get it to work.
