Western Land Ownership Map

I'm a newbie and just discovered GPSFile Depot in the past several months.  I have successfully downloaded several GPS data files from GPSFile Depot and I see all of them in my Basecamp application including the Western Land Ownership Map by jbensman.  I have been able to view it also in Basecamp.  BUT, when I go to the Install Maps function in Basecamp, I see all of the map titles except Western Land Ownership Map.  What am I doing wrong.  By the way I also downloaded jbensman's Trails map (is is also a transperant layer file) and that shows in the Install Maps window just fine.
