Astro 320 turned off in Basestation

When Astro 320 is synced. to Basecamp, Basestation, the Astro is automatically turned off at time that collar signal is recieved. Have worked with Garmin tech. and a professional IT guy with no resolution. Have used Basestation  just fine in the past. Would appreciate other ideas.
