I downloaded the Moab GPS file and can see tracks on my PC but have no tracks showing to download to my Lowrance as I have with other maps in the site, can you tell me why and can I download tracks using another method?

Red90

It is a map.  It is not a selection of tracklogs.

Is this it? https://www.gpsfiledepot.com/maps/view/508/

As Red90 says, it is a map in Garmin's proprietary format. You will need a Garmin handheld GPS to use this map, it's not compatible with Lowrance.

However it appears the author supports waypoints and tracklogs in some fashion. If you download the file(s) he has linked to on that page, he explains how you can use the data in some Android apps in the enclosed .pdf file. I did not take the time to understand exactly what he is saying, but it may be possible to do what you want. Here's an excerpt:
_________

Trip Data
WV ATV Trails 2016 has (437) waypoints and (821) tracks: touching this will bring up a list of the waypoints and tracks. You can select an individual one and change color, rename, delete, etc. If you record a track I will show up at the top of the list.
Share the data from this trip: gives you sharing options.

You could PM the author for help with this. https://forums.gpsfiledepot.com/index.php?action=profile;u=4399
