Maps Won't Transfer To SD Card

Greetings
I'm having problems since updating to the newest Basecamp/Windows 10 version.  I have successfully downloaded maps to Basecamp but am not having any luck when trying to transfer them to a microSD card.  When selecting the file on the microSD card I receive an error message "cannot mount file" or "the disk image file is corrupted".  I have successfully performed this action in the past with the previous version of Basecamp/Windows 8.  What do I need to do?

Can you explain exactly what you are doing? I don't understand what you mean by "downloading maps to basecamp".

The message about a "disk image" doesn't sound like something that basecamp would say, it sounds more like a message from the operating system. The .img extension is used for several different kinds of files. With Garmin, it's a map file. But there are other .img files that are disk images.
