marine 540s has anyone loaded maps to this unit?

I have a 540s garmin. I was able to have the unit recognize the map I put on an sd card but it didn't show. Any help? Can I load streets and such?

what map are you referring to? As you can add Garmin's WorldMap to the unit, I would think you could add other maps
