Lost. Seem to be missing important steps! Help!

I've got a brand new 62S.  Tried to download Texas TOPO (it did successfully).  Workig with tutorial on installing on GPS.  However, I cannot make Basecamp see the download. 

Is there a specific file name the download needs to be or a specific location? 

Lost like hell...........................

The map product toolbar doesn't show any texas topos.  It's as if Basecamp is not seeing the download.

Download and install the My Trails map.  Sometimes that fixes those type of glitches.

That did it!        Now it "sees" the downloads.  Thank you very much!
