Install City Navigator nt 2014 in Nuivi 500

I have the city navigator cd and installed it on the computer into mapsource.  How do I install the map into my nuivi?

Link won't load ... just waits for the site.

Also, I do not have an .img file.  I have the CD with the setup file and the .msi that installs it in MapSourse on the PC if that matters.

City Navigator 2014, will not include Mapsource....  It will install Basecamp and Mapinstall.  You use those to unlock the map and install to the Nuvi.
