Cannot be done through BaseCamp that I found.

That's odd.  The last time I tried to send multiple mapsets to my GPSr BaseCamp was smart enough to give the IMG file on the GPSr the same name as the mapset.  MapSource couldn't do that, and it might not do that if you tried to send maps from different mapsets to the GPSr at the same time.

Can anybody confirm if BaseCamp screwed up again?
For some time on Macintosh, MapInstall quit using gmapsupp.img and would use the map name.img and would make several .img files if you sent several. This is provided that it could find a device.xml file on your gps. If you load to a datacard in a card reader and not the GPS, it would default to gmapsupp.img as it had no idea if the capabilities of the target device. I believe this naming convention has come to the Windows version within the past year or so.
