How to import excel sheet way points into GPSmap62s.

Hello every one
I wants to know that how can I import my way points from excel sheet to GPSmap62s
I need this answer asap.
please help me

export as a csv, the use gpsbable to convert to gpx
Drop the .gpx file in the /GPX/ folder on the gps, reboot and you should be go to go.
