HOW DO I CHANGE WHICH MAP TO VIEW ON AN GARMIN EDGE 800

HELLO, I JUST GOT A GARMIN EDGE 800.  IT DOES TAKE A MICRO SD CARD, I WANT TO LOAD TOPOS, STREET MAPS, ETC. BUT NOT SURE HOW TO VIEW THEM OR FIND THEM TO VIEW.  APPRECIATE ANY HELP.
