copy track from ARC GIS Explorer to GPPS device

The National FOrest Service has a map showing the Florida Scenic trail.  The link they provide opens up "ARC GIS Explorer" and the map with the trail.  Is there a way to get the track file that created the trail in a format that my Garmin device or Google earth can read?

If the track is in GPX format, you should be able to copy it to the GPX folder on your device.
