Free turn by turn road maps that will run on a Garmin GPSMAP62s?

i don't know about the turn-by-turn functionality, but these are routable:

Routabel and Turn by Turn are pretty much the same thing, IMO. 

The OP should bear in mind that the data used for garmin.openstreetmap.nl is generated and can be edited by just about anybody, so accuracy can't be guaranteed.  Still, the price is right. :D
