Bushnell Onix 350
« on: December 08, 2012, 12:33:47 PM »
I can purchase an as new Onix 350 for a good price. However, it seems there is no support for it. Am I not looking in the right places or should I avoid it. I realize this is my first post here but my search for help led me to this site. Thanks in advance.

I thought the Onyx looked very cool when it came out, but it never caught on. It was then blown out at really low prices and I have not heard anything about it since. I'm sure that's why you are seeing a good price on it.

If you want a user experience where everything "just works", I would avoid it. If you are a bit of a geek that likes to get under the hood and figure things out then... maybe. I'm that kind of person, but I would pass on the Onyx.

Regardless, the maps on this site are only for Garmin so I think you are probably looking in the wrong place.

Thanks Boyd. I just dug up some more info and it's just not worth it. Thanks again
