how to dowload map from GPS file depot

i am completely new for this forum and I would like to understand how to dowload map from Gps file depot ....
i have try to download italy map but seems not hosted here  ......
but in general can you pls have the patience to explain how to download ?

That map's got a problem.  You should be able to click on the link and get to a download page.
