Can't view topo map on my etrex 20

I down loaded and installed ne topo through basecamp then followed the wizard to install the map.  I see the map on the device but can't view it on the screen.  I have even tried to disable the map it came with.  Please help.

Problem could be DrawPriority of the NE topo.  Try disabling ALL the maps on your GPSr except the NE topo and see if it shows.  Also, please advise what GPSr you are having the problem with, and fi you are in the coverage area of NE topo.

I am in the NE area.  Around Harrisonburg, VA.  I have the NE USA Topo part 3 map.  I have a Garmin etrex 20.  Thanks.  Disabled all other maps (worldwide dem basemap and my trails) still can not see topo.

What do you mean, "See the map on the device"?  Does it show on the Select Map screen? Is it on a card or internal memory?  It should be in the \Garmin folder on either.
