NSIS error on nebr topo

Hi folks - newbie to this forum and to downloaded the maps, and have a problem.  I have mapsource installed, and then wanted to download the nebraska topo map.  Got an error about NSIS - any ideas about what do to next?

try downloading it again; there might be some glitching.  Likely an error that specifically mentions nsis that means the download got corrupted in some way.
