County Lines in US

I have a nuvi 200 and would like to download the U.S. county lines.  I have not used this site before. Where and how?

Thank you for the tutorials, which will be most helpful!  Where do I find the file for County Lines. I have looked at the files for the various states but must have missed the US County Line files.
