Exporting data from Basecamp

Hi guys

I am an honours student in geology, heaps and heap of waypoints. Basecamp uses my projection in its user interface but when I export into .csv for positioning my field notes in excel it exports lat/long. Converting through one by one is tedious, I am a Mac user, any suggestions? The way points are taken in the projection, mapped in base camp in the projection but not exported?

This would be trivial using Globalmapper on Windows, but I guess that doesn't help. I have used Macs since the very beginning myself, but all my GIS work is done on Windows. If you go to http://freegeographytools.com and do a search, you will find several articles listing Macintosh applications. Maybe one of them will help?
