AZ Topo updater

I successfully installed the AZ Topo and Colorado maps in Mapsource and easily transferred my selected maps to the Garmin 60cx unit.   Terrific product.   The one thing that doesn't seem to work is the updater program.   It doesn't find the AZ Topo folder with the .img files.   What am I doing wrong?   Should I put the installer in the same folder as the .img files?

What is this updater program?

Maybe he means the MapSource software update that's built into MapSource. I have seen that not work.
