Updated MapInstall does not show loaded maps!

I updated the MapInstall program on my PC and now the topo 100k maps I have installed on my Dakota 20 are no longer visible.  I know this was a problem with older versions but a few revisions ago that got fixed, as well as the delection of all exisiting maps when you loaded a new one.  What gives?

Is this part of Garmin BaseCamp?

No, its a stand alone program you can download from Garmin.  I thought it used to be on a previous version of Basecamp, or at least there was a link to go to it.  Basecamp will not load the topo 100k maps, thus the need for something else.  I thought MapInstall came with the topo 100K CD too?
