BaseCamp MapSource

I can not get neither MapSource nor BaseCamp to install on my PC
I have windows XP and service pack  3

ANY SUGGESTIONS

You need to install Basecamp before you install Mapsource. Download here: http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=4435
