Downloaded, Ran Installer, Doesn't Show in MapSource

I am having trouble getting the NY topo map to load onto BaseCamp. I posted a thread with screenshots here

Sorry none.  I only took a quick look at it when it was first released. 
Those who use it and Windows 7 64-bit will have to solve the issue.
