Downloading Maps

I downloaded Northeast Topo Untied Sates Part 2 to my PC. When I try to open it I get and error message. When I try to run it I get an error message. I am using Google Chrome. I have a Dell with plenty of memory. I have a dial up connection and it took 13 hours to download the file.

Any suggestions?

You must install Garmin Mapsource before attempting to install the map. Have you done that?
