How to download Garmin inland lakes continental US into my Garmin 76Cx

I have a Garmin 76Cx handheld and bought a Garmin inland lakes continental United States I would like to download but I don't know how to do it No directions and I can't find anything in the owners manual. Can someone give me instructions on how to load the maps into my GPS. Thanks in advance.  Dave
