Mapsource won't load maps

Aloha,

I downloaded the Hawaii Topo and installed it. Mapsource won't open any of the images. Error message is xxx.img is not a valid Mapsource file and could not be opened. Mapsource is 6.13.7. Any ideas.

After reading the reply, I tried again. Mapsource would not function and had to be redownloaded. Then, it said Hawaii Topo was (something wrong with it - I forget what) and had to be reinstalled. I reinstalled it and now everything works fine. Thank you!
