MapInstall is not installing properly

I am using a MAC and when i install MapInstall and try to open it it doesn't show the continue button that i need to hit to move forward. Please Help!

I am primarily a Mac user myself (since 1985!), but when it comes to Garmin I use Windows. They get points for offering Mac versions of their software (unlike Magellan or DeLorme), but there seem to be a lot of issues.
