Bob T's Moab file-conversion question

Hello-

I've read some great things about Bob T's Moab files.  When downloaded, it's a BCN file. 

I use motion X on an Apple device, so any suggestions on how to convert this to a .gpx format?  Downloaded some converters, but no success yet.
