Just had a report that it doesn't work with Mapsource versions 4 and 5 also, only 6.0-6.14

Tiger map is the old version of ibycus map I think. You need to download 2.x with the newer versions of MapSource.

The file he sent is not compatible with Google Earth, but is for MapSource. I opened them in MapSource and saved them as the gps transfer type ( if I am remembering correctly ) and saved them.

It looks like your EndLevel=3 might be the problem as that is undefined.
