How and where do I get G-Raster ?

The link in "Tools" , plus all other links I have found, all lead to a dead end.

The latest version of QGIS says it will no longer work with Windows 7 due to Python 3.9

Which is the most recent version of QGIS that will work with 64-bit Windows 7 ?

If this information is anywhere on the QGIS site, I could not find it.
