nice looking maps Boyd. a lot of work i'm sure. i've been using maps4gps topo's for NY,PA,CO & ME and your NJ topo in my handheld(rino) and nuvi 1450. they all display very well in the nuvi.

it will overlay in the handheld. basecamp does not support overlay.

you have to uncheck citynav. for the topo to show

We hunt northern Maine (Allagash/Dickey area),and we like Maine topo11 by Maps4gps the best.

in mapsource/basecamp, go to view and make sure BASIC map only isn't checked.

dido for post #3! I would love to see usgs 1.24 like delorme has for the north Maine woods of that state with all the logging roads on there topo.

make sure you have DETAIL set to MOST in your settings and MARINE settings are OFF.

hello ineedmaps1,   if nytopo is the only map you have installed in mapsource then there will not be a dropdown menu. if you install another map like patopo then you will have a dropdown menu.
