How do you delete an existing map (COtopo11) from the Garmin 600? Thanks

Using The Maps/Garmin Software / COTOPO11 map

Just downloaded the COTOPO11 for Colorado (not a Garmin map). I notice the map does not cover 1/3 of the state north of Interstate 70, or at least it does not display on my Garmin 600? Am I correct in observing this? Or am I not displaying it correctly on the Garmin unit?
