There must be something wrong with my PostgreSQL setup or some other operator error.  I got the same error processing my transportation data.  I even tried using just Yavapai County instead of the entire state.

Forgive me but I am new to windows.  Where should I look for the log file?
It is not in C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.3\bin.

I am working with NHD data for Arizona.

I am just getting started with the Garmin topo tutorial and have run into trouble processing the water data.  I have gone through the contours and water sections without trouble until the "Export Shapefiles from PostGIS" section.  When I run the commands, I get the error message shown in the attached screen shot.  Any ideas?

I'm running GlobalMapper 10 on Windows 2000 using VMWare Fusion on a MacBook Pro.
