Thanks for the reply. I just dont understand enough about the file compatibility issues. Maybe I could paint "Garmin" on my Droid incredible and send it to you to load maps on it. ;D

General Discussion / Need a volunteer

To possibly help a programmer figure out if the maps made on this site can be used with his software app for the HTC incredible. This phone has standalone gps with out the need for cell service. What we need are some good topos to store on the phone. This software is Back country navigator and there is a forum that supports it.Currently he is charging a fee for extended use of this app(9.99). I have started a thread but dont have the answers to his questions.

Thanks for the reply. Are these maps more difficult to generate than the regular topo maps?

I was hopeful that one of you guru's could produce a channel map for J Percy Priest lake in Nashville Tn. Hows that for a challenge? It would be greatly appreciated by a number of fishermen. I am aware that Garmin supplies a similar product for a fee. Thanks for any help. RP

GPSr Units / Multi maps for tiles

Hello members, been lurking for a while. I wanted to thank you for all the work that has been put into this site. I have already benefited from it. I do have a question or two. I have a Dakota 20, which was my upgrade from a Etrex Vista which was upgrade from the Garmin 12. Is it possible to create a mapset from multiple maps in Mapsource......such as say three tiles from southeast + four tiles from southcentral +    + and so on?
