Messages

I've used City Select v7 for years with my Quest.  I just downloaded what it identified as an update to the map and it's asking to unlock the map.  When I try, it does not give me an option to enter the previous unlock code.  It only allows an online unlock and when I enter the device ID, S/N and then the Coupon code that originally came with the software, it finds it incompatible.  HELP!  How do I unlock the new map product?
