Recently bought lifetime Map Update from Amazon. Downloaded the map code and connected my nuvi1350 to my computer Win7 using Google Mozilla Firefox as my browser.
Garmin site seen I had a lifetime update and started the update process. It downloaded the software and went to installing on device. I let it run over night and found the same message on my screen (Updating Device Software) I had spent all day trying to load this update and it has failed every time.
