Title: Last MP friendly version of mkgmap -- 1173

For anyone interested in mkgmap as a routable MP compiler, I've attached the last version that didn't give me errors on maps with large polygons.  There have been perhaps 500 builds since, but these have addressed OSM issues at the expense of MP.

Just tried Version 1600.  It behaves pretty well, and has a much more complete list of error messages than 1173.
