Print Page - cotopo11 only displays part of CO in Basecamp?

Title: cotopo11 only displays part of CO in Basecamp?

Just downloaded & installed the CO map cotopo11 but it only displays a partial square of the map and everything else around it is gray in BaseCamp. Not sure what is wrong/to do. I will attach picture of what I am seeing. Any help appreciated in advance.

I'm pretty sure that is the whole map. It looks exactly like what I have. Zoom in on it and it should all be there.
