Title: Putting maps into Basecamp

Hi everyone,
I just got a Garmin eTrex 20 for Christmas, and found this site to get maps for it. I have downloaded maps onto my computer to put onto my GPS, but don't know what to do from there. I have read the How To Open Maps In Garmin BaseCamp tutorial, but it is not helping me. The maps that I have downloaded are not appearing anywhere in BaseCamp, and I don't know how to put them there to in turn move to my GPS. Is this me looking in the wrong place, or is it problems with the maps, or something completely different? If somebody could help out, that would be wonderful!

How about a little more information? Mac or Windows? If Windows, what version? There are issues with the 64 bit version of Windows 7 than can cause some problem for example.
